A chammanthi, with green Apple, I got the idea from lekshmi’s Space. I did a slight change which suits our taste. It really goes well with biriyani. Can be served with rice, idli, dosha….. Here comes the recipe.
Green Apple: 1
Grated Coconut: ¾ cup
Green Chilli: 3 (as per your tolerance)
Coriander leaves: 1 string (take the leaves from it)
Curry Leaves: 2leaves
Lemon Juice: 1tbsp
Method of Preparation
Cut the apple into pieces (I didn’t peel the apple).
In a blender add apple pieces, grated coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt.
Blend to a smooth paste. Take out from the blender.
Add lemon juice to it and stir and serve.
