Hara Bara Aaloo



Recipe Source: Shabnam's Cuisine
Ingredients
Potato: 1 large
Cumin seeds: ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves chopped: ½ cup
Green Chilli: 2 (or as per taste)
Ginger Paste: ½ tsp
Mint leaves: 5
Lemon Juice: ½ tsp
Oil: 2tbsp
Salt: needed  

Method Of Preparation
First boil the potato and cut into small cubes
In a small grinder add coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger paste and add little water and make smooth paste
In a small kadai add oil then add cumin seeds
Then add green grind paste and stir well.
Then add cubed potato and salt mix well and fry for 5 minutes in medium low heat till all green masala coats the potato.
Last add lime juice.
And serve hot with chapathi.
