Snickers-Ice cream Dessert



Ingredients
Ice-cream chocolate flavor
Ice Cream Vanilla Flavor
Tuti Fruitti cake
Snickers

Method Of Preparation

Take a bowl to set the dessert.
Line the bowl with vanilla ice cream layer first, then add chopped snickers, then add the cake crumbs, and then again chopped snickers and then the chocolate layer ice cream and top it with snickers.
Close the bowl and put in freezer for setting.

Take out from the freezer when set and cut and serve.

Note: You can use any flavor ice cream and cake of your choice.

Vanilla Mug Cake


Ingredients
Maida/Plain Flour: 4tbsp
Milk: 3tbsp
Egg whisked: 3tbsp
Sugar: 4tbsp
Oil: 3tbsp
Baking Powder: ¼ tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp

                                    
Method Of Preparation
In a bowl add baking powder and maida. Mix it well.
Then add in and sugar, oil, vanilla essence, milk and egg.
Give it a stir without lumps; I just beat with an electric beater.
Pour this batter into a greased mug.
Microwave it in high power for 2 minutes.
Insert a toothpick and check whether it is done, if not keep for 30sec more.
Take out from the oven and enjoy.

Lemon Cup Cakes


Ingredients
Plain Flour/ Maida: 1 cup
Baking Powder: ¾ tsp
Lemon Essence: 1tsp
Sunflower Oil/ any refined oil: ½ cup
Powdered Sugar: ¾ cup
Lemon Juice: 4tbsp or of 2lemon
Eggs: 2                            
Salt: pinch


Method Of Preparation
Sift all the dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl add oil and sugar. Beat it.
Now add the eggs and beat again well.
Add the lemon juice together with the essence.
Now add flour little by little and mix well.
Line the muffin tray with muffin cups.        
Pour little batter till the cup is 3/4rth filled.
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 deg C to about 18-22 minutes or till done.

Oreo Sandwiched Cup Cakes


Ingredients
Maida: 1/2 cup
Egg: 4
Sugar: 5 tbsp
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
Refined oil: 3tbsp
Vanilla Essence: 3/4 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Oreo biscuits:as needed


Method Of Preparation
Make sure everything is at room temperature.
In a bowl add maida and baking powder and sieve it twice.
Take another bowl and add egg to the bowl.
Beat well with an electric beater till it becomes fluffy. Then add sugar and salt and beat well till it melts.
Then add vanilla essence and refined oil and beat it again.
Then add maida and fold it without lumps and deflating the batter.
Line the muffin tray with muffin cups.
Pour little batter and add one pair oreo and on top of the oreo add little more batter till the cup is 3/4rth filled.
Preheat the oven and bake at 160 deg C to about 18-22 minutes or till done.

Oreo Galaxy Sandwich Cake


Ingredients
Maida: 1/2 cup
Egg: 4
Sugar: 5 tbsp
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
Refined oil: 3tbsp
Vanilla Essence: 3/4 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Oreo biscuits: 2 pair
Galaxy chocolate: 1 square piece
 
Method Of Preparation
Make sure everything is at room temperature.
In a bowl add maida and baking powder and sieve it twice.
Take another bowl and add egg to the bowl.
Beat well with an electric beater till it becomes fluffy. Then add sugar and salt and beat well till it melts.
Then add vanilla essence and refined oil and beat it again.
Then add maida and fold it without lumps and deflating the batter.
Grease the baking bowl
Pout half of the batter and add one pair oreo and on top of the oreo keep galaxy chocolate and top of galaxy add other pair oreo.
Then pour the balance batter on top of it and till the bowl is ¾th filled

Preheat the oven and bake at 160 deg C to about 25-30 minutes or till done.

Chocolate Mug Cake in 2Minutes


Ingredients
Maida/Plain Flour: 4tbsp
Cocoa Powder: 1tbsp
Milk: 3tbsp
Egg whisked: 3tbsp
Sugar: 4tbsp
Oil: 3tbsp
Baking Powder: ¼ tsp 
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp(optional)


Method Of Preparation
In a bowl add baking powder, maida and cocoa powder. Mix it well.
Then add in and sugar, oil, milk and egg.
Give it a stir without lumps; I just beat with an electric beater.
Pour this batter into a greased mug.
Microwave it in high power for 2 minutes.
Insert a toothpick and check whether it is done, if not keep for 30sec more.
Take out from the oven and enjoy.

You can add 2tbsp of chocolate chips to make it too chocolaty.
