Chocolate Mug Cake in 2Minutes


Ingredients
Maida/Plain Flour: 4tbsp
Cocoa Powder: 1tbsp
Milk: 3tbsp
Egg whisked: 3tbsp
Sugar: 4tbsp
Oil: 3tbsp
Baking Powder: ¼ tsp 
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp(optional)


Method Of Preparation
In a bowl add baking powder, maida and cocoa powder. Mix it well.
Then add in and sugar, oil, milk and egg.
Give it a stir without lumps; I just beat with an electric beater.
Pour this batter into a greased mug.
Microwave it in high power for 2 minutes.
Insert a toothpick and check whether it is done, if not keep for 30sec more.
Take out from the oven and enjoy.

You can add 2tbsp of chocolate chips to make it too chocolaty.

Chocolate Custard Pudding



Ingredients
Custard Powder: 3tbsp
Coco powder: 1 ½ tbsp.
Milk: 500ml
Sugar: ½ cup or as needed



Method Of Preparation
Add the custard powder, cocoa powder and sugar to the milk.
Stir well and without lumps.
Keep on flame and stir continuously till it becomes thick and get the consistency.
Pour it into the pudding bowls or tray. Let it cool.
Decorate with nuts or fruits as per your wish. Keep in refrigerator till it sets.
Serve chilled.

Choco Corn flakes Balls



Ingredients
Mini Galaxy Chocolates: 5
Cocoa powder: 1tbsp
Choco corn flakes: 1 cup (or as required)
Milk: ¼ cup
Roasted Mixed Nuts: ½ cup
Method Of Preparation
In a blender add corn flakes and blend it coarsely, keep this aside.
In microwave safe bowl add the galaxy chocolate and milk and melt the chocolate.
Add cocoa powder to the melted chocolate.
When it is slightly cooled, add the roasted nuts and stir well.
When is 90% cooled, add needed blended corn flakes to it, till you get the consistency to roll into balls and mix well.
Roll into balls and again roll the balls in blended corn flakes.
