Vegetable Noodles: 3 pack
Paprika Powder: ¾ tsp
Coriander leaves Chopped: few
Method Of Preparation
Cook the noodles as per the instruction on the packet.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion
When it turns transparent, add cooked noodles, paprika powder and salt.
Put in low flame to about 2 minutes.
Then add finely chopped carrot, capsicum and tomato.
Stir well and switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and close with a lid for few minutes.
Note: Switch off the flame as soon as you add the carrot and capsicum.
