Ingredients
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Cocoa Powder: 1/3 cup
Baking Powder: 1tsp
Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
Sugar: ¾ cup
Vegetable Oil: ¼ cup
Egg: 1
Milk: ¼ cup
Warm Water: ½ cup
Ripe Banana: 1
Vanilla Essence: ¾ tsp
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
In another bowl add the wet ingredients, vegetable oil, egg, milk, ripe banana, vanilla essence, and warm water. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well till it is well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased muffin tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 1800C to about 20-25 minutes or till done.
Cool on a wire rack and serve.

Thanks for the tips, Faseela - I'll add half a tin of Condensed milk and see if that works!Choco banana muffins look very soft and have a lovely smooth texture:) Awesome!
