Oats-Wheat Rusk

Ingredients
Oats: 1 cup
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Sugar: 2tbsp
Salt: a pinch
Baking powder: 1 ½ tsp
Baking Soda: ¼ tsp
Vinegar: 1tsp
Milk: 1 cup
Olive Oil: 2tbsp
Method of Preparation
In a blender add the oats and powder it.
In a bowl add oats, wheat flour and salt.
In another bowl add milk, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, vinegar and olive oil. Whisk this well with a beater.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients and roll to smooth dough (do not over knead the dough)
Place it into a greased loaf pan.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 170 Deg C to about 20-25 minutes.

Take out from the oven and slice it thinly and again bake on a wire rack at 190 Deg C to about 15-20 minutes more (watch in between the oven time may vary)
Cool it on the wire rack and store in an air tight container.
