Green Sausage Masala

Ingredients
Chicken Sausage: 1 packet
Garlic Cloves: 3
Green Chilli: 4 (can add as per your tolerance)
Garam Masala: 1tsp
Coriander leaves: ¾ bunch
Curry leaves: 1 hand full
Salt: a bit
Vinegar: 1tbsp
Curd 3tbsp
Coriander leaves and curry leaves: for garnish (is a must)
Coconut oil: 3tbsp
Method of Preparation
Chop the sausages and keep aside.
In a blender add coriander leaves, garlic, curry leaves, garam masala, green chilli, curd and salt.
In a pan add chopped sausages, blended masala, vinegar and 1tbsp coconut oil. Mix well with hand.
Keep it on the stove, (if needed just sprinkle some water, I didn’t add water.) Close the pan and lower the flame when it boils.
Stir in between and when the masala gets well coated with the sausage, add curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp coconut oil and switch off the flame and close with a lid. Open the lid only after 5 minutes so that the fresh flavor of coconut oil, curry leaves and coriander leaves will be absorbed by the sausages.
The best ever sausage dish I tried.
