Thai Mango Pudding

Ingredients
Mango (Ripe): 2
Corn Flour: 1 ½ tbsp
Coconut Milk Powder: 5-6tbsp
Sugar: ½ cup
Water: 2 cups
Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp (optional)
Method of Preparation
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. (For easier method u can blend in a blender)
Steam or pressure cook mango pieces. Mash it well. Let it cool a bit.
In a pan add mango, sugar, coconut milk powder, cardamom powder and corn flour.
Add water and stir well without forming lumps.
Switch on the flame and stir continuously till it thickens and starts leaving from the sides.
When almost cooled transfer to the bowl in which you are going to set the pudding.
Keep in refrigerator till it sets and serve chilled.
