Meat Ball


Ingredients
Minced chicken: 250gms
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Coriander leaves: 1 string
Onion chopped: 2 tbsp
Green chilli chopped: 2
Pepper powder: needed
Salt: needed
Maida: 1 tbsp (optional)
Garam masala powder: ¼ tsp
Method of Preparation
 Blend all the ingredients except maida in a blender well.
If you can make small balls out of this mixture no need to add maida. It tastes better without adding maida. If not add 1 tbsp maida and make small balls out of it.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till done.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sause.
