Ingredients
Apple: 4
Dates: 15
Chilled Milk: ½ ltr
Method Of Preparation
Deseed the dates and soak the dates in milk for 20-25 minutes or till it becomes soft.
In a blender add apple, dates and milk and blend well.
Serve chilled.
Note: I blended without peeling the apple and didn’t strain too. If you want you can peel the apple before blending. If we add the dates to the juice no need to add sugar.
