Ingredients
Egg: 3
Onion: 1
Ginger finely chopped: 1tsp
Green Chilli: 2
Carrot: 1 small
Capsicum: 1
Tomato: 1 small
Garam masala: ½ tsp
Salt: needed
Coriander leaves: needed
Oil: 3tbsp
Method of Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and ginger. Sauté till the onion becomes slightly brown.
Then add the finely chopped capsicum and carrot and green chilli.
Sauté for 2 minutes and add garam masala and salt
Then add the beaten egg and chopped tomato and keep stirring till you get the egg cooked well.
Then add the chopped coriander leaves to it.
And switch off the flame.
very yummy... goes well with any rice...
