Ingredients
Wheat Flour: 1 cup
Olive oil: ¼ cup
Sugar Powdered: ½ cup
Salt: needed
Baking Powder: ½ tbsp.
Cold Milk: needed
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add wheat flour, sugar powdered, salt and baking powder.
Add in olive oil and just rub with the fingers to get bread crumps texture.
Then add in needed milk to get smooth soft dough.
Flatten the dough and cut the biscuits with cookie cutter to your desired shape.
Just prick with the fork to get the impression. (Can do it as per your desire)
Pre heat the oven and bake at 1700C to about 10-12 minutes or till the upper part becomes light brown color.
Remove and cool on wire rack and store in air tight container when cooled well.
