Sausage Pepper Fry

Ingredients

  1. Chicken Sausage: 1 pack
  2. Pepper powder: 3 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
  4. Garam Masala: 1 tsp
  5. Salt: if required
  6. Green Chilli: 3
  7. Curry leaves: few
  8. Oil: 3tbsp
Method of Preparation:
·        Slice the sausage. Marinate with pepper powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, and chopped green chilli and curry leaves.
·        Keep aside for at least 15 minutes.
·        Heat oil in a pan and add marinated sausage, stir until it gets cooked.
·        Serve hot with chappathi.
