- Egg: 3 nos
- Onion: 4 nos
- Tomato: 2 medium
- Ginger & garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Green chilly: 2 nos
- Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
- Chilly powder: 1tsp
- Cummin powder: ¼ tsp
- Curry leaf: reqd
- Coriander leaf: for garnishing
- Salt: As needed
- Oil: 4 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
- Boil the eggs and keep aside
- Grind the tomatoes to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add thinly sliced onions
- When it becomes yellowish brown add ginger garlic paste.
- Then add turmeric and chilly powder and stir well
- Now it’s time to add the tomato paste. Stir well .if necessary add little water and cook in a very low flame for half an hour.
- Add boiled eggs, cumin powder, chopped green chillies and curry leaf.
- Cover the lid and switch off the flame.
- Ready to serve a delicious egg recipe by garnishing with coriander leaves.
