Apricot Jam

Ingredients
Apricot: 1kg
Sugar: 2 cups (check and add more sugar if needed)
Lemon Juice: 3-4tbsp
Cinnamon stick powder: ¼ tsp
Method of Preparation
Deseed the apricots.
Place it in a pressure cooker add some water. Wait for 3 whistles.
Switch off the flame and open when pressure releases.
Now add sugar and cinnamon powder.
Keep in medium flame, stir occasionally.
When it starts thickening, continue stirring and add lemon juice.
When it thickens and gets the consistency of jam. (To check the consistency, take the cold saucer out of the freezer, put a little jam on it, and put it back in to cool for a minute. If it wrinkles when you push it with your finger, then it's done.)
Delicious jam is ready
