Chicken Sausage Fry

Ingredients
  1. Chicken Sausage: 1 pack
  2. Garam masala powder: ¼ tsp
  3. Pepper powder: 1 tbsp (as per taste)
  4. Salt: needed
  5. Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
  6. Oil: 1 tsp (marinating)
  7. Oil: 5 tsp
Method of Preparation: 
  • Make deep lines on sausage evenly on all sides.
  • In a bowl add turmeric powder, pepper powder,garam masala powder, salt and oil. Mix well
  • Add sausage and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Shallow fry in oil till it cook evenly on all sides.
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
  • Ready to serve.
