Ingredients
Natholi: 500gms (Big Ones)
Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
Chilli Powder: ¾ tsp
Salt: needed
Maida/ Atta thin batter
Maida/Atta: 2tbsp
Water: ¼ cup+3tbsp
Pepper Powder: ¾ tsp
Salt: needed
Bread Crumbs: needed
Method Of Preparation
Take out the bones from
the fish and split one Natholi into two pieces.
Marinate Natholi with
turmeric powder, chilli Powder and salt.
Keep aside for atleast 30
minutes.
Maida Batter
Add maida in a plate or
bowl.
Add water, salt and pepper
powder to it.
Mix well with hand.
In another bowl take bread
crumbs
Heat oil in a pan.
Take each Natholi Pieces,
dip first in maida batter and then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry each
pieces till both sides become golden brown color.
