Method Of Preparation
Cut the left over
chappathi’s into square pieces or any desired shape.
Heat oil in a pan, deep
fry until reddish brown. Do not over
heat the oil, put in low flame when it is heated and add the chappathi pieces. Crispy n yummy snack is ready.
Serve with tea.
