Ingredients
Orange Peels: 3 oranges (approx.)
Sugar: 1 cup
Method Of Preparation
Pressure
cook the peel cut into two in a pressure pan for two whistles with two cups of
water.
Take out
the peel and cut them into strips. Discard the water.
Add in
the peel and 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook further for half an hour
in low flame in a non stick pan.
The
peels become glazed with the sugar syrup.
Let them
cool and once cooled dip them in the remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
Take out
the peels and line them in the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake
them for 15- 20 minutes at 100 degreeC . Do check in between so that it don't
get burnt.
Remove
the tray and let it cool completely.
Store in
airtight containers and use them as per requirement.
