Ingredients
Pizza Base
Wheat Flour: 2 cups
Yeast: ¾ tsp
Luke Warm Water: 1 cup
Sugar: 1tsp
Salt: needed
Olive oil/Butter: needed
For topping
White sauce: 4tbsp
Tomato garlic sauce: 5tbsp
Tomato Ketchup: 3-4tbsp
Carrot: 1 small
Onion: 1 small
Capsicum: half
Tomato: 1 small
Coriander leaves finely chopped: 1tsp
Chicken Sausage: 3
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add yeast, sugar and ¼ cup luke warm water. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
In another bowl take wheat flour and salt.
Add the fermented yeast mix and balance warm water to the wheat flour mix
Knead to form smooth dough. Apply olive oil on the dough
Keep aside the dough covered with a damp cloth to about 45 minute -1 hour or till it double its size.
Take the dough and flatten to a ½ “ thick round shape.
Poke holes on it with a fork or tooth pick.
Apply butter or olive oil on top.
Leave it covered for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile preheat the oven and bake the pizza base to about 5 minutes at 1800C. This will prevent the base being soggy.
Then take the base from the oven and apply tomato garlic sauce all over, then add roundly sliced onion, carrot, sausage, capsicum and tomato. Then add the white sauce all over. The again u can stack the toppings as per your desire and add the tomato ketchup on it. If you want you can again add a little white sauce and sprinkle the coriander leaves on top. Apply some olive oil / butter on the left over parts of the base.
Bake in a preheated oven at 1900C to about 15-20minutes or till done
