Ingredients
Garlic cloves: 10
Shallots/Pearl onion: 13
Roasted Dry red chilli: 5 (as per your taste)(heat a pan with little oil and roast till done)
Tamarind: 1 lemon sized
Salt: needed
Coconut Oil: 2-3tbsp
Method of Preparation
In a blender add garlic pods, pearl onion, tamarind, roasted dry red chilli, tamarind and salt.
Blend to a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl and pour coconut oil over it and stir well.
Serve with rice.
Tip: Adding Coconut oil will give the taste to it, it is important step.
A different one will go well with hot rice
