Ingredients
Fresh Strawberry: 8-10
Sponge Cake powdered: 1 cup
Chocolate Cake Powdered: 1 cup
Whip Cream
Heavy Cream: 1cup
Icing Sugar: 4-5tbsp
Vanilla: 1tsp
Chocolate Cream/Icing
Unsalted butter: 25gms
Icing Sugar: ½ cup
Fresh Cream: 2-3tbsp
Cocoa Powder: 3tbsp (or as needed)
Method of Preparation
Whip Cream
In a chilled small mixing bowl and with chilled beaters, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add icing sugar and vanilla; beat until soft peaks form. Keep Refrigerated.
Chocolate Icing
Beat butter and sugar well till you get the smooth consistency.
Then add in fresh cream beat well and cocoa powder to it and beat well till you get a thick paste. (You should get thick consistency for chocolate icing. So adjust cocoa powder accordingly)
Chop Strawberries and keep aside.
Arranging
In a glass/bowl, add some powdered chocolate cake, then add the whip cream add chopped strawberries, Then add some powdered sponge cake, add some whip cream and chopped strawberries and go on the process till you reach the top of the glass.
Decorate the top with chocolate icing and strawberry as per your desire.
Serve Chilled.
