Ingredients
Cabbage chopped: 1 cup
Onion: 1
Green Chilli: 2
Ginger chopped: 1tbsp
Curry leaves chopped: 3tybsp
Coriander leaves: 2tbsp
Gram Flour/Besan: ½ cup
Wheat Flour: 2tbsp
Rava/ Semolina: 3tbsp
Water: needed
Salt: needed
Turmeric Powder: a pinch
Baking Powder: a pinch
Oil: for deep frying
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add chopped cabbage, onion, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well with hand.
Add besan, wheat flour, semolina, turmeric powder and baking powder to it.
Again mix well with hand and add a bit water to get the consistency. (consistency of parippu vada)
Heat oil in a pan, take small balls from it, flatten it a bit and deep fry in oil till both sides become golden brown.
Do the same process till the batter is finished.
