Ingredients
All Purpose Flour: 2 cups
Warm Milk: ¾ cup
Yeast: 1tsp
Egg: 1
Sugar: 2-3tbsp
Salt: a pinch
Butter: ¼ cup
Egg White: for brushing
Nutella: Needed
Method of Preparation
In a bowl add yeast, sugar and warm water. Keep aside for 10 minutes it till it ferment.
In a bowl add all purpose flour and salt. Add fermented yeast mix, egg and butter to it.
Knead well to form smooth dough. Cover with damp cloth; let it rest for 2 hours or till it double the size.
Take the dough after rising and flatten it to a rectangle shape.
Then add nutella to it length wise.
Roll the dough over on the side with nutella,
Make 1” wide slits at one end of the rectangle as shown in picture.
Then place each slits on the the roll.
Cover again with a damp cloth and wait for another 30 minutes.
Brush with egg white on top of the bread.
Bake to about 25-30 minutes at 1800 C or till done
Slice and serve.
